As the VP, Digital Innovation for Bernard HODES group,I head up the Hodes Innovation Team which leads digital product and solutions innovation, identifying opportunities to engage potential candidates and communicate employer brand by leveraging new technologies such as emerging social networks and mobile to create advanced social applications, personalized career site experiences, and engaging app-like mobile websites.
Prior to joining Bernard HODES Group, I was responsible for developing innovative strategies and solutions to increase user engagement and audience growth for Cox Newspapers' websites and mobile product offerings. Utilizing my experience with interactive gaming to increase brand awareness, I created "Nail the Interview" targeted to engage and educate job seekers while seamlessly integrating in-game sponsorship opportunities. "Nail the Interview", a 2006 NAA Digital Edge award winner, continues to attract and engage new users on all Cox Newspapers' websites as well as other newspaper websites across the country.
I have a passion for developing rich interactive applications and marketing strategies designed to extend brand awareness online, cultivate new audiences, and create meaningful connections between online consumers and companies.

As for this site, it's a place where I can jot ideas down and share some of the stuff I'm working on. The views are my own and some of them might not make much sense, but hey, that's part of the process. I'm also working toward being a single digit handicap golfer, so I post a lot about my golf game.
